Great Point: Webflow site & rebranding

Intro
Great Point is a boutique consulting company based in Helsinki, led by Jaakko. The business focuses on high-value advisory work, but its digital presence did not reflect the level of expertise or the premium nature of its services. I was brought in to redesign the website in Webflow and refresh the brand identity, with the goal of making the company feel sharper, more credible, and more aligned with the clients it aims to attract. The project also included integrating Jaakko’s podcast into the website in a way that supports both visibility and engagement.

Challenges
The existing site lacked a clear narrative and did not communicate a strong point of view. The visual identity felt generic, which made it difficult to differentiate in a crowded consulting space. There was also a disconnect between Jaakko’s thought leadership, especially through his podcast, and how that content was presented online. As a result, potential clients had no clear path from discovering content to understanding services or making contact. The structure, messaging, and branding were not working together to support lead generation.

Solution
I approached the project by aligning brand, structure, and content into a single coherent experience. The visual identity was refined to feel more confident and minimal, with typography and layout choices that support clarity and authority. In Webflow, I built a flexible site structure that highlights services while naturally guiding visitors toward contact. The podcast was fully integrated into the site, not as a separate section but as a core part of the brand. Episodes were positioned to reinforce expertise and create ongoing touchpoints with visitors. Every page was designed with intention, focusing on flow, readability, and conversion.

Impacts
The new site presents Great Point as a focused and credible consulting partner. Visitors can quickly understand what the company offers and why it stands out. The integrated podcast strengthens trust by showcasing real thinking and consistent output, which supports longer engagement and repeat visits. The clearer structure and sharper positioning make it easier for potential clients to take action, resulting in a stronger pipeline of qualified inquiries. The brand now matches the level of service, which creates a more consistent and convincing experience from first impression to contact.
